Project Overview

Speakify is an AI-powered English learning platform for students, professionals, corporate learners, and exam aspirants. The platform supports English and Arabic. Learners can join live classes, watch recorded lessons, practise language skills, take mock exams, and track their progress. AI checks speaking and writing performance during practice. It highlights weak areas and suggests suitable exercises. Separate portals are available for students, instructors, administrators, and parents or sponsors. This helps manage learning, admissions, communication, and payments with less manual work.

What We Built

We developed a complete English learning platform with AI support, including the frontend, backend, database, APIs, user login, payment setup, communication tools, and reporting sections. The work also covered speaking and writing evaluation, interactive graphics, 3D learning elements, role-based access, responsive layouts, PWA support, CRM integration, security, speed improvements, and live server setup.

Client Background

Aman Khan works in the education and English language training field. He wanted a bilingual learning platform for students in Canada and other countries. The platform needed to support admissions, classes, practice, assessments, progress tracking, and certification. It also needed dedicated access for instructors and administrators.

Project Overview

  • Database setup
  • Login and role permissions
  • Learning and assessment modules
  • AI-supported practice features
  • Admissions and payments
  • CRM and communication setup
  • Reports and analytics
  • SEO, security, and speed improvements

  2. 02Support English and Arabic users
  3. 03Provide live and recorded learning
  4. 04Cover spoken, business, academic, IELTS, and TOEFL preparation
  5. 05Improve speaking, writing, grammar, and pronunciation
  6. 06Suggest practice based on learner needs
  7. 07Track attendance, scores, and progress
  8. 08Help instructors manage courses and learners
  9. 09Simplify admissions, payments, and communication
  10. 10Reduce daily manual work
  11. 11Support mobile learning
  12. 12Keep learner and institute data secure
  13. 13Support future users, courses, and locations

Business Challenge

While understanding the platform needs, we found the following problems faced by learners, instructors, and the institution:

  1. 01Learners had to use different tools for classes, assignments, tests, and communication. This made learning confusing and progress harder to track.
  2. 02Instructors needed one place to manage courses, attendance, assessments, and student performance. Manual checking of speaking and writing also delayed feedback.
  3. 03The institution depended on separate systems for admissions, payments, reports, and daily work.
  4. 04The main challenge was to bring learning and institute management into one bilingual platform.

Our Solution

We created a bilingual platform that brings learning and institute management together.

  • Learners can attend classes, complete assignments, take tests, and view their progress without switching between different tools.
  • Instructors can manage courses, attendance, assessments, and student performance from a single dashboard. AI reviews speaking and writing activities to provide faster feedback.
  • The administration section supports admissions, payments, reports, communication, and regular institute tasks.
  • English and Arabic support helps learners use the platform more comfortably.
