Project Overview

Seed2Sell is an enterprise B2B bulk purchasing and e-commerce platform designed for wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, and business buyers. It provides an online marketplace where businesses can discover products, compare suppliers, manage bulk purchase needs, negotiate prices, place orders, and track activities in one place. It also provides separate dashboards for each user role to manage their work.

The main goal was to make product discovery, supplier management, bidding, approvals, orders, payments, and communication more secure and easier to manage.

What We Built

We built a B2B bulk purchasing and e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers through one centralized digital marketplace. It was designed with separate dashboards for buyers, sellers, and administrators. It includes product listings, three-level categories, live bidding, product approvals, inventory tracking, cart and checkout, Razorpay payments, order management, reports, and analytics. Buyers can find products, compare suppliers, submit bulk requirements, place orders, and join live bidding. Sellers can manage products, inventory, inquiries, orders, and sales from their dashboard. The platform also helps the business team manage buyers, sellers, leads, approvals, orders, and supplier activity from one system.

Client Background

Raju Srivastav needed a digital platform that could support B2B product discovery and bulk purchasing in an organised way. The business required more than a simple product catalog. It needed a marketplace where buyers, sellers, administrators, and internal teams could work through separate roles and workflows. The client also wanted better control over product listings, supplier activity, pricing accuracy, order flow, and market trust.

Business Challenge

During the planning stage, we found that the B2B buying and selling process needed a well-managed online system. Buyers often had to contact multiple suppliers, compare prices manually, negotiate terms, and manage orders through different channels. This made the process slow and difficult to track. Sellers also needed a better way to manage product listings, respond to buyer requirements, handle inventory, and track business activity. Another important challenge was product quality control. The marketplace needed an approval system to ensure that only verified and correct products were published. The main challenge was to manage the complete B2B buying and selling process through one simple and controlled system.

Our Solution

The solution focused on building a role-based B2B commerce platform for buyers, sellers, administrators, and internal business teams, so each user could manage their work easily.

  • Buyers can search products, compare suppliers, send bulk requirements, place orders, join live bidding, and track purchases.
  • Sellers can add products, reply to inquiries, update stock, manage orders, and check sales.
  • The admin can manage users, products, approvals, leads, suppliers, orders, bids, and reports.
  • Products are arranged in three category levels, which makes them easier to find and manage. Seller products are also checked before they are published.
  • Live bidding helps buyers and sellers discuss prices in real time. Razorpay is used for payments, while Twilio supports OTP and communication.
